Course Description

Business Process Modeling and Notation is an industry standard graphical notation that helps organizations define and understand their current and future business procedures. By communicating using a standard notation, business stakeholders and technology stakeholders close the inherent communication gap that can occur. The focus of this course is practical application of Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) version 2.0 (January 2011) presented within a framework that also helps candidates prepare for the Open Management Group (OMG) Certified Expert in BPM Fundamental Examination (the OCEB exam). At the Fundamental certification level, a certified practitioner is a knowledgeable, skilled, and productive member of a BPM project team.
