Steve brings 30+ years of Information Systems experience in technology management, consulting, and marketing to the classroom.
Steve is the Curriculum Dean for ROI’s Business Analysis track and Co-Dean for the Software Engineering and Project Management curricula. Steve specializes in the design and installation of business-oriented accounting systems and databases for commercial and government clients in the distributed environment. He has a reputation for on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality software products. He is helping to set up BA Centers of Excellence and BA Community of Practices in several organizations.
Steve has extensive teaching and course design experience in the areas of business analysis and software design, development and installation. His annual teaching schedule includes stops in the UK, the US, and Asia. Steve has been a lead architect on several of ROI’s largest custom programs establishing a reputation for a unique ability to tightly integrate classroom exercises with the customer’s best practices and standards. Along with his PMP certification, Steve has a Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University.
Steve was selected to give the keynote address at the PMI South America conference in Sao Paolo in 2011, the keynote address at the first IIBA conference in Tokyo in 2010, the keynote address at the SE Asia PMI conference in Singapore in 2010, the keynote address at the PacRim PMI conference in Tokyo in 2012, and the keynote address at the European International Project Management Association (IPMA) conference in Helsinki in 2013.
