Course Description
This course is intended for software developers wanting to build AI infused applications that leverage Microsoft Foundry. Topics in this course include developing generative AI apps, building AI agents, and solutions that implement knowledge connections or tools in your agentic applications. This course also covers multimodal capabilities and understanding of complex content.Learning Objectives
- Evaluate and compare generative AI models using benchmark metrics and playground testing
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and fine-tuning to optimize model outputs
- Build and configure autonomous AI agents and multi-agent solutions using the Microsoft Agent Framework
- Extend agent capabilities using custom tools, workflow routing logic, and the Model Context Protocol
- Deploy and integrate vision, image, and video-generating models into application workflows
- Implement speech capabilities including Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and conversational Voice Live APIs
- Extract and analyze data from complex documents using Azure Content Understanding and Document Intelligence
- Build advanced search indices and knowledge stores using Azure AI Search
- Design and integrate all intelligent solutions securely in alignment with responsible AI principles and governance
