Introduction to Generative AI for Business Leaders

This course is designed for business leaders and decision-makers within organizations who are seeking to gain a comprehensive understanding of generative AI and its potential impact on their businesses. This workshop targets senior leaders from a variety of industries, including but not limited to technology, finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. The overall goal of this course is to educate leaders on the potential impact generative AI can have in their organizations, educate them about generative AI services on Google Cloud, and inspire leaders to start thinking about what is possible with generative AI technologies.

Course Objectives

  • By attending this workshop, senior enterprise leaders will gain the knowledge and strategic perspective necessary to evaluate, plan, and effectively leverage generative AI within their organizations, enabling them to unlock new opportunities and navigate the challenges associated with its implementation
  • Participants will become familiar with the generative AI tools available on Google Cloud including Vertex AI Search and Conversation and Vertex AI Model Garden

The intended audience includes enterprise leaders, department heads, innovation leaders, and senior managers who are responsible for driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future direction of their organizations.

  • Define the different personas in your organization for GenAI
  • Explore different services for the different personas in your organization
  • Learn how to identify potential use cases in your organization for GenAI

Module 4: Demos and Q&A

  • Discover some of the different use cases across industries for GenAI solutions on Google Cloud
